So you’ve skied many ski resorts in Europe, hum? Yet, you probably have never heard of Sōlden. Neither had I!  Sōlden is located one hour south of Innsbruck in the Otztal region. You will be surprised to see how unique and vibrant Sōlden is. The ski resort absolutely guarantees snow throughout the season. How? Because you ski on 2 glaciers with 144 kilometers of runs and 31 state-of-the-art lifts. Non-skiers will have a multitude of options to tour the region. Everyone can take the Gondola up to awesome views and enjoy dining. The town is lively with shops, restaurants and drinking establishments for everybody’s pleasure. Post-Ski Week Optional Tour of Malta:

Following Sōlden we are offering a 4-night extension to MALTA.  A  2-hour flight from Munich will take you to this island country located in the Mediterranean Sea south of Sicily.  With only 95 square miles, Malta is crammed with compelling sights. Valletta, the capital city, is a Unesco World Heritage site due to its high concentration of historic monuments. Whether it is Tarxien Temples, a Grand Master’s Palace, a jaw-dropping Cathedral, catacombs, or an Opera House, or you will find countless treasures to explore. Aside from the historical sites, there are small beaches with crystal blue water, walks along sea cliffs and painted fishing boats in the harbor. Plus no shortage of restaurants or nightlife. SKIING: There are 2 glaciers and 3 peaks higher than 3000 meters.  With 144 kilometers of slopes, I dare you to ride all 31 lifts and ski the entire area of Sōlden. But wait, there’s more! A short shuttle ride away is the Ski Resort, GURGL with another 25 lifts and 112 km of slopes all on the same lift ticket. Both mountains offer quick bites to fine dining with more than 42 mountain restaurants and huts for fuel and libations to keep you going.

You must be a current member of the Space Coast Ski & travel Club or an affiliated Florida Ski Council Club ($1 reciprocity fee) to participate.

• $500 trip deposit due with trip application
• $1500 due by September 1, 2023
• Balance due by November 25, 2023, including all pre-paid Day Tours, Lift tickets and Ski Rentals

Cancellation Penalties: 

• Prior to August 1, 2023 – No Penalty
• Between August 2, 2023 and September 30, 2023 - $250.00*
• Between September 1, 2023 and November 19, 2023 - $500.00*
• Between November 20, 2023 and January 4, 2024 - $1100.00*
• After January 5, 2024 – Full Penalty, No Refund

* Plus any other non-refundable charges the tour operator has incurred for hotels or suppliers.  No refund for unused accommodations or services will be made.
